Paul Huddleston, REALTOR®, joins the Palm Springs South office of Bennion Deville Homes, located at 2465 East Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 605. Paul earned his real estate license in 2004 and works with clients throughout the Coachella Valley. He has been visiting the Greater Palm Springs Area since 2009 and offers a unique perspective on the sublime lifestyle the Southern California desert offers residents.
Paul was introduced to the real estate industry from an early age. His mother was a real estate broker for 25 years and he spent much of his childhood helping her business in a variety of roles, sowing the seeds for what would become a successful career of his own. “My mom taught me that price range does not matter when working with clients – serve everyone equally and you will succeed,” Paul states. “I love helping people. Making a real, positive impact in the lives of others is the source of my daily inspiration and the reason I come to work motivated each and every day.”
Dovetailing with his passion for helping others, Paul approaches each situation from the standpoint of his clients’ interests and ensuring their needs are met first and foremost. “My success in real estate has come from my patient approach to serving clients and not pushing them into a situation that they aren’t completely satisfied with. I practice patience and want to build a relationship that goes beyond a single transaction. My ultimate goal is to be their trusted real estate professional for life. To earn that trust, I offer accurate, honest information and guidance to lay the foundation.” Additionally, Paul is always available to his clients for questions or needs that arise throughout the process.
Over the course of his real estate career, Paul has perfected a forward-thinking approach to his business and what it takes to successfully serve clients and generate impactful outcomes. Outside of his passion for homes and working with clients, Paul enjoys giving back to the community. He was the President of Austin Pride and oversaw the growth of the annual parade and celebration from 30,000 people to over 450,000 people in just a few short years. Additionally, he created the format for a wildly successful fashion show fundraiser that he has rolled out in cities across the country at other pride events. Each fashion show helps raise awareness and money for local non-profit organizations in each market. The fashion show is connected to the Project Runaway and RuPaul’s Drag Race television programs, incorporating headliners and a celebrity angle that maximizes the fun, and donations. “I am so proud of all that we have accomplished with growing Austin Pride and the fashion show event. In my last stint at Austin Pride we crossed the $250,000 donation threshold, with the money going to local non-profit organizations. I always want to pay things forward and have seen firsthand how even the smallest of donations can make a big impact on a person. This work is a lot of fun and is very fulfilling because I know I am making a difference in a cause I care about deeply.” Now that he is in Palm Springs full time, Paul looks forward to bringing his impressive non-profit experience to the benefit of our local Coachella Valley organizations.
