David and Diane represent some of the Coast’s finest homes in distinguished neighborhoods from Huntington Beach down to Dana Point. A familiar name in South Orange County real estate, David Stoll has been representing his clients for 12 years in the area, assisting them with traditional real estate purchases, shorts sales and investment properties. A native of Orange County, David graduate from Tustin High School before attending Cal State Fullerton, where he completed his studies in Business Management with an emphasis on marketing. Immediately launching into an early career in sales, David was a pioneer in the cellular industry and quickly became the Regional Director for a multi-billion dollar communications company. He grew his division to the company’s most profitable in the Southern California market. When he decided to return to his first love – real estate – David’s marketing savvy and superior level of client service allowed him to achieve instant recognition. In his first year with an international real estate brokerage, David was recognized for his achievement in sales that placed him in the top 13% worldwide. Over a decade later, David hasn’t looked back and his success hasn’t diminished. While specializing in the neighborhoods and cities of Orange County, David’s vast referral network keeps him busy listing from Los Angeles to San Diego and out to the Inland Empire. When not working with his clients, David enjoys spending quality time with his family and coaching his daughters’ softball team.
Diane Rollo recently joined David Stoll & Partners, where she has been successfully showing and listing properties in Laguna Beach and Oceanside. Diane works the whole array of real estate transactions, representing Buyers and Sellers in the luxury real estate market and real estate investors. With degrees in psychology and sociology, as well as her accreditation as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Diane works with each seller to identify the best strategy for marketing their homes. A California transplant, Diane moved to be closer to her son as he entered his residency at UCLA, but she has fallen in love with the Coast and delights in representing the beautiful properties here.
