Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes REALTOR® Nancy Qualitza to its Glendora office, located at 118 North Glendora Avenue in the charming Downtown Glendora Village. Nancy earned her real estate license in 2002 and works with buyers and sellers throughout Southern California due to client demand. She specializes in communities throughout the San Gabriel Valley and the western portion of the Inland Empire.

Real estate became Nancy’s calling when, after some negative home buying and selling experiences, she worked with an excellent REALTOR® who encouraged her to get her real estate license. “After a couple of bad experiences with real estate agents, I found a good agent who not only helped me accomplish my goals, but also convinced me that I would be a natural fit for the industry,” Nancy says. “I realized that I could make a huge impact in people’s lives and turn those negative experiences I had into positive experiences for my clients. My clients know that I am here to help them and they can rely on my integrity and transparency to trust me in finding them the best fit for their needs.”

As a real estate industry veteran, Nancy understands how paramount trust is to the experience. “Transparency is the key to success with my clients, my fellow agents, and our affiliate services. We all work together as a team to make it happen, and I want what’s best for everyone involved, first and foremost my clients. Starting with our first meeting, I want my clients to get to know me so we build that trust from day one. From there, we are working under a common goal and unified as a team,” continues Nancy.

Clients latch onto Nancy’s approachable personality, often becoming friends with her through the process. She keeps in touch with clients even past the closing of the transaction, regularly staying in contact with people as a friend. As a result of this strong bond, a lot of her business is built on referrals. “I am always honored to have referrals. It is huge and humbling to have a client refer a friend, family member, or even a neighbor to me. It makes me want to work even harder to prove them right.”

Although she works with clients across all real estate needs, her favorite part of her role is working with first-time homebuyers. “Working with first-time buyers is always rewarding because they are so excited to get the keys to their first home. That is my favorite part of this industry because you can see the joy you bring to people’s lives on a daily basis.”

Outside of her passion for helping others accomplish their real estate goals, Nancy is incredibly involved in the local community. She donates her time and resources to help a variety of causes, including Here to Serve, Autism Speaks, and City of Hope. “I have always been a giver, so why not help others if I can? I am capable and able to give back, and I think it is better to give than to receive.” Nancy is on the Casino Night planning committee for Here to Serve, a local non-profit that helps families with a sick family member by offering services that help lighten the burden of daily life with cleaning, meal prep services, and emotional support programs. She also participates in annual walks for Autism Speaks and City of Hope, raising money and awareness by pounding the pavement for these worthy causes.
