Nancy Mills, REALTOR®, has joined the Palm Springs Main office of Bennion Deville Homes, located at 850 North Palm Canyon Drive. Nancy earned her real estate license in 1987 and specializes in helping home buyers and sellers throughout the communities of Palm Springs and Cathedral City.
Nancy is a pure professional and takes her role in the real estate process seriously. “I built my business on delivering for my clients through strong negotiation tactics, staying focused on their needs, and doing what it takes to ensure their satisfaction at the close of the deal,” Nancy states. “I do what I say I am going to do and will find answers to questions if I don’t know them.” As a result of her steadfast duty to her clients, perfectionism across all facets of the process, and ability to keep complex deals moving forward, Nancy and her clients enjoy a very high transaction completion percentage.

It is nice to have the ability to help others and bring them to a level of calm. My clients let me do the heavy lifting so they can focus on preparing for this next chapter in their lives and enjoy the ride.”
When Nancy is not helping clients accomplish their real estate goals, she is working toward conquering the goals of other causes that are important to her. She donates resources to many different charities, including St. Jude’s Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project, A.S.P.C.A., and Southwest Indian Foundation, among others. In addition, she is also slated to serve on the Charity Committee of the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® (PSRAR) to further her impact on the local community. “I like to pay it forward because some day someone I love, or even I, might need the help provided by these organizations. The help has to come from somewhere, so if I am in a position to give back I will. That’s simply what I do.”
