Krisie Le Fave, REALTOR®, joins the Palm Desert San Pablo office of Bennion Deville Homes, located at 44-530 San Pablo Avenue, Suite 101. Krisie works with clients throughout the Coachella Valley, including the neighborhoods surrounding the El Paseo shopping district in Palm Desert.

Prior to earning her real estate license, Krisie honed her client service skills in the hospitality industry where she worked her way up from server to manager and corporate trainer for a high-end restaurant brand. Her positive attitude and ability to effectively communicate with others carry over into her real estate career. “I am able to confidently deliver for my clients because I can get to the root of what they need by asking the right questions and reading between the lines,” Krisie says. “My job is to offer guidance and direction to clients, so effectively communicating and listening to a client’s needs are imperative to my success. I can read people and adapt how I engage with them based on how they want to interact with me. At the end of it all, I want my clients to be satisfied with the outcome of the experience, so connecting with people up front and working toward accomplishing their goals is my number one objective.”

As a hospitality industry veteran and passionate real estate professional, Krisie enjoys building relationships with others and exploring the unique architecture of the Coachella Valley. “I want to create a lasting, meaningful relationship with my clients, so I work to connect with them on a personal level. I have always enjoyed meeting new people and helping others, and real estate offers me that opportunity. Beyond her passion for helping people professionally, Krisie chooses to help others in her personal time, too, and demonstrate a unique compassion for others. “If I see someone who is in need of water or food, I will give them whatever I have on me. Those little gestures can make a huge impact on another person’s life.” Originally from New Orleans, Krisie loves to hit the local hiking trails and cites the Bump N’ Grind and Cross hiking trails among her favorites spots to explore nature. “The Coachella Valley has so many interesting places to discover, and the connection you can build with Mother Nature here is truly awe-inspiring. I enjoy showcasing the unique lifestyle residents can expect, especially to my fellow transplants who quickly fall in love with the beauty of the desert.”
