Kevin Massie, REALTOR®, joins the Bennion Deville Homes Palm Springs Main office, located at 850 North Palm Canyon Drive. Kevin has been a resident of the Coachella Valley since 2014 and enjoys helping his clients accomplish their real estate goals.
Prior to earning his real estate license, Kevin perfected the art of client service as a small business owner and time spent in the banking industry. Relationship-building skills and a knack for providing client service are essential to his success in real estate. “I always deliver a high level of service to my clients and genuinely want them to feel special,” Kevin says. “Taking the time to get to know people and making them feel comfortable is crucial to earning their trust. I always do what I say I am going to do and stay in contact so they know I am working diligently on their behalf and there is transparency in the process.”
Kevin was inspired to enter the real estate industry after having a positive experience with a REALTOR®. “I realized how much we as real estate professionals can impact the lives of others, and I have always enjoyed working with people, regardless of my industry or position. As a REALTOR®, I get to help others achieve the goal of home ownership and create a positive experience for them,” Kevin continues.
According to Kevin, honesty is the most important component to building a strong business and reputation. “I always treat others the way I would want to be treated if I were in their situation. Living by that ‘golden rule’ allows me to deliver the type of high-touch experience I would expect from my real estate professional. From explaining the process and answering questions to creative problem-solving and research, I enjoy what I do and want to share that passion with my clients.”
