Expanding a team is always a decision that takes much thought and consideration, so after many consecutive years of steady growth, RoseAnne Foxx decided it was the perfect time to add to her team. Having known Jessica for many years, and recognizing the many qualities Jessica offers, the timing was kismet. “I noticed the market getting stronger year-over-year for the past few years,” RoseAnne says. “Summers are crazy, and the line between the beginning and end of season is blurred, almost non-existent. Prior to joining The Foxx Group, Jessica spent several years in the luxury rental market, selling short term rentals for major events around the entire Coachella Valley, including the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament, Coachella Music Festival, and the Palm Springs International Film Festival. Jessica learned how to create lasting relationships with homeowners during that time and is thankful for the invaluable experience.

There is more value here than anywhere else in Southern California. I have seen a lot of clients from other parts of the state, primarily the Bay Area, convert their vacation homes here into their primary residences and sell their homes up north. Many of them bring their kids to live here, too, so there is a growing segment of younger families moving into the Coachella Valley in addition to full and part-time retirees. All of these factors indicate 2018 is going to be an excellent year.”
