Greg Adkisson, Associate Broker, joins the Bennion Deville Homes Palm Springs South office, located at 2465 East Palm Canyon Drive, #605. Greg earned his real estate license in 1988 and his broker’s license in 2005. Having visited the Coachella Valley since 1980 before moving to the Southern California desert full time in 2003, Greg is well-versed in the Greater Palm Springs Area and speaks Spanish, making him the perfect guide to help clients with their real estate needs.
As an industry veteran, Greg has been through every possible market cycle and successfully worked on every type of property transaction imaginable. This experience gives his clients a leg up at the bargaining table. Additionally, Greg’s insight into the local market helps him best serve clients from all backgrounds and needs. “I understand the diverse pool of buyers and sellers here in the desert,” Greg states. “From snow birds to investors, and flippers to forever home seekers, my goal is to educate my clients about the market and the process, and to fight for the highest price for my listings and lowest purchase price for my buyers.”
Having been in the industry for three decades, Greg attributes his success to persistence and consistency. “I stay calm throughout the process and build my client relationships on a foundation of trust by offering information and educating my clients. I also strive to think outside of the box and create win-win situations so, even if a little bruised, everyone walks away feeling like they’ve won,” Greg continues. Greg also uses creative marketing strategies, effective pricing models, and is in constant communication with his clients to get the deal done right.
Greg is a great ambassador for the Greater Palm Springs Area. He and his husband, Phil, love exploring the various hiking trails, citing the Lykken trail and trips to Joshua Tree as highlights, as well as camping. He also enjoys spending time with his dog Charlie, a West Highland Terrier, and loves cars, including cruising in his BMW Z4. “There’s a certain air here that makes you feel good. We have a blue sky most days that is unlike anywhere else. Additionally, if you ever want to get out of the desert other attractions and destinations are only a short drive away,” he adds.
