Elliott Turner, Broker Associate, joins the Palm Desert San Pablo office of Bennion Deville Homes, located at 44-530 San Pablo Avenue, Suite 101. Elliott earned his real estate sales license in 1970 and his real estate broker’s license in 1972. He uses his expansive industry experience and solutions-oriented approach to help clients throughout the Coachella Valley – specializing in the cities of Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, and Palm Desert, where he is a resident of Ironwood Country Club. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Elliott enjoys working with investors.

Over the course of his real estate career, Elliott has accumulated an impressive record in a variety of important roles, using his expertise and insight to assist his clients. His résumé includes residential sales, sales management, residential investment property sales, residential and commercial development, and 15+ years in the mortgage business. “My broad range of experience in the real estate industry allows me to examine and understand every aspect of a situation and pass that insight along to my clients,” Elliott explains. “Because of my 15+ years’ experience in the mortgage business, I can assist buyers and sellers in understanding the loan process and coach them on the right questions to ask. I am able to analyze property values and offer advice based on how the numbers shake out. I am also able to walk through a property and identify the quality of the construction pointing out any areas that need a closer look.”

With a successful career spanning decades, Elliott has seen just about every situation and market cycle imaginable. The key to his success and longevity in business has been his ability to earn the trust of his clients. “I have always used honesty and integrity to guide how I operate professionally, and I work tirelessly to make sure that my clients know that I have their interests at heart. The best way to earn trust is to be prepared and knowledgeable about your marketplace. To that end, I do the research and stay on top of the market so I can provide my clients with the best current information available to make an informed decision.”

In addition to his penchant for gaining the trust of his clients, Elliott asks the right questions to understand his clients’ needs and then provides direction to accomplish their desires. His affable, open approach and witty sense of humor enhance the experience and inject levity into what can be a stressful situation for many. “I enjoy connecting with people and discovering what they want to accomplish. When you are in this business long enough, you develop a sixth sense for figuring out what your clients are saying without them expressly stating it and how to be objective with the goals we set together.” Elliott’s ability to earn the confidence of his clients, deliver their dreams, and make the process enjoyable earns him a strong reputation among clients, who refer family and friends for help with their real estate needs.

Outside of his professional career, Elliott relishes the opportunity to give back to others and improve the local community. He has been a Rotary Club member for over 25 years and was also a Big Brother. “Giving is the most selfish thing you can do because it makes you feel good,” Elliott laughs. “I have served on the Board of the Rotary Club in Westwood and am currently weighing my options with the desert chapters. I loved my time as a Big Brother because I was able to be a role model and provide a positive influence in the life of my little brother while participating in fun things like going to the park to play catch, attending football games, and other shared activities.” Additionally, Elliott enjoys photography, golfing, and vintage car shows.
