Bennion Deville Homes Palm Springs Main REALTOR Brian Wilson won the 2018 Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS (PSRAR) Pinnacle Award, the highest honor given by an Association President.

Congratulations Brian Wilson, 2018 PSRAR Pinnacle Award Recipient

Brian Wilson, a REALTOR® with the Bennion Deville Homes Palm Springs Main office, located at 850 North Palm Canyon Drive, was recently awarded with the Pinnacle Award by the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® (PSRAR). The Pinnacle Award is the highest honor given by an Association President for years of service, contribution, and dedication to the REALTOR® community.

Brian earned his real estate sales license in 2000 and is a graduate of the distinguished Entrepreneur Program from the University of Southern California. He has etched a successful career into the many facets of the real estate industry, having served in roles running the gamut from commercial real estate and asset management to investments and residential resale, accumulating crucial experience and blazing a trail along the way. He has been a full-time resident of the Greater Palm Springs Area since 2012 and works with clients throughout the Greater Palm Springs Area, helping in a variety of areas including buying, selling, renting, and investment properties. In addition to his passion for real estate, Brian loves meteorology and runs The Palm Springs Haboob blog, dedicated to sharing the local weather patterns and phenomena of our region with visitors and local residents.

For his dedication to the industry, including his spearheading of and organizing critical bodies within PSRAR around the vacation rentals issue affecting the real estate industry and Palm Springs at large, Brian was rewarded with the Pinnacle Award by 2018 PSRAR President George Rider. “I was absolutely floored to hear my name called,” Brian says. “The award is a nice acknowledgement of the work that I have done on a variety of levels to help our industry and my clients year-after-year.”

Brian spent countless hours working on the issue, all of which was recognized with the Pinnacle Award. “I worked a lot behind the scenes and publicly to help organize the community. I created a petition to spread awareness, organized a consortium with other Palm Springs businesses, and helped build a team to move the issue forward in a balanced and thoughtful manner. This included requesting an economic impact report and also discussing opportunities for how the city can create balance and an effective enforcement division so everyone has a satisfactory outcome. I truly believe that REALTORS® are stewards of the cities we live in and in order to best care for the places we love to call home, we need to be on top of the pulse of the community. This approach helps us give our clients the best information possible while also maintaining the optimum lifestyle in the neighborhoods we serve,” Brian concludes.

Adds Bennion Deville Homes Co-Owner Bob Deville, “We are very proud of Brian Wilson for earning the PSRAR Pinnacle Award. His dedication to the cause is admirable, and his actions created awareness and a balanced discussion around what is a divisive topic in our local communities. We applaud Brian for shedding light on all aspects of the debate and for making sure all voices are heard on the subject, regardless of the side they are supporting. We wish Brian the best of luck in 2019 and congratulate him on this prestigious recognition.”
