Rebecca, who holds a Master’s Degree in Education, was a teacher prior to entering real estate and uses her unique skillset and background as an educator to aid her clients. “Through active listening, I can understand a client’s needs and tailor my services around their goals,” says Rebecca. “My teaching experience also gives me the capability of fully explaining and educating my clients on the process so they understand what to expect and, hopefully, learn something along the way.”

Originally from China, Rebecca moved to the United States to pursue educational opportunities. Her genuine interest in helping others led her from the educational field into real estate. “My favorite part of real estate is helping clients find the perfect home or buyer for their home. It is fulfilling to play such an important role in someone’s life and feels good to know that I helped make their dreams come true.” Rebecca’s connections to China and ability to speak Mandarin coupled with her proficiencies in real estate make her the perfect agent for Chinese investors looking for property in Southern California.

With giving back to her community a priority, Rebecca is active in the Yantai Friendship Society, an organization that helps foster a positive relationship of mutual understanding and friendship between the City of San Diego and the municipality of Yantai, Shandong Province in the People’s Republic of China. She is also an active donor and participant in the Surfing Madonna Foundation, an organization that unites the community to save the ocean, offering youth education opportunities, ocean conservation grants, and marine mammal rescue and recovery initiatives.
