A native of Salzburg, Austria, Thomas moved to the Coachella Valley in 2007 and is fluent in English, German, Italian, and French. He hopes to use his multilinguistic talents and global mindset to expand the international appeal of living in the Greater Palm Springs area, especially for his fellow Mid-Century Modern enthusiasts around the world.
Before embarking upon a career in real estate, Thomas made waves in the fashion industry as a Senior Design Director for esteemed designer brands, including Helmut Lang and Prada. His skilled design work and creative eye blended perfectly with his role at NDC Homes, where he mastered the ins and outs of the real estate transaction process while developing sharp marketing materials and clever graphic design. “Earning my real estate license was a natural progression in my career,” Thomas says. “I wanted to become a bigger part of the sales process. I love interacting with clients and applying my creative skills and industry knowledge to help them accomplish their real estate goals.”
Having a background as a Transaction Coordinator is a huge benefit to Thomas and his clients because he is intimately familiar with the contracts required to successfully complete a real estate deal. “I can provide my clients insight on the paperwork and help them get the best deal possible. Being keenly aware of what the documents say is a critical component as the contract is a legal form. This understanding allows me to guide clients through the process and deliver a smooth experience from start to finish,” Thomas adds.
In addition to mastering the art of contracts and negotiations, Thomas has an exceptional artistic vision for living spaces, having helped with home staging at NDC Homes. Whether working with home buyers or sellers, his skillset helps his clients. “I can give my listing clients tips to declutter and organize a space, and, if needed, stage the room to appeal to homebuyers. For my homebuyer clients, I show them the potential in a home by helping them visualize what it can be and offer ideas to make that vision a reality,” he continues.
