Kevin began his real estate career in Chicago in 1993 and moved to the Coachella Valley after visiting the area for years. As a longtime industry professional, Kevin is well-versed in the nuances of real estate. In addition to residential sales, he has a wealth of experience in property management and commercial office and retail leasing, which he gained on Chicago’s famous “Magnificent Mile” along Michigan Avenue. “Real estate, regardless of the branch you are practicing, is all about communication,” Kevin states. “Being able to clearly set expectations with clients and pinpoint their needs by asking the right questions is critical to success.”

Coming from commercial real estate and property management sets Kevin apart because he has a complete scope of the real estate picture. His property management background primed him for running a business and keeping an eye on the little details that create the biggest impact. In addition, he has always had a keen interest in architecture and design, especially Mid-Century Modern homes and history, and relishes the opportunity to use that interest in a professional manner.
