Anthony, a San Diego native, brings his professionalism and exuberance to help his clients throughout San Diego, specializing in the Fairbanks Summit neighborhood.
Prior to earning his real estate license Anthony cut his teeth in the commercial insurance industry where he wrote insurance policies for all types of businesses and special events and specialized in non-profit organizations. His experience with insurance helped him perfect essential skills he leverages to benefit his clients in real estate, including a strong commitment to service, negotiations, and general business acumen. “I always wanted to get into real estate and am incredibly passionate about our industry,” Anthony says. “The satisfaction of putting together a deal on someone else’s behalf is the greatest reward, and I enjoy my role in helping facilitate the successful close of each transaction and helping my clients accomplish their goals.”
Service is something Anthony takes seriously, and he is dedicated to making each purchase or acquisition the best his client has ever had. “Delivering a premium client experience is huge. I want to make the process simple, which fundamentally boils down to good communication and being available to answer any questions and offer guidance. Each of my clients knows they are my main focus, and I strive to make each one feel like they have my full attention and are my priority,” continues Anthony.
In addition to his strong background in business, Anthony has personally invested in real estate and has gutted and remodeled properties. This experience gives him critical insight into investment properties, from searching for the right fit to running the numbers and penciling out projected returns. “I have 20 years of experience with investment properties, and even undertook condo-conversions where I did the majority of the labor and permitting myself. Having personally been through the investment property process, in addition to remodeling and preparing homes for sale or lease, I understand how it all works and can offer my expertise to guide my clients down the right path so they meet their goals.”
Outside of helping his clients buy or sell a home, Anthony is passionate about giving back to help others and donates resources, including money, to the Helen Woodward Animal Center located in Rancho Santa Fe, The San Diego Humane Society, and Rady Children’s Hospital. “It is nice to be in a position to give back to organizations and causes I hold dear. I have a soft-spot for anything related to children and animals in need, and I enjoy knowing that I am doing my part to make a difference in the lives of others,” adds Anthony.
