Andrew Britt, REALTOR®, joins The Paul Kaplan Group of Bennion Deville Homes, located at 1115 North Palm Canyon Drive in the Palm Springs Uptown District. Andrew works with home buyers and sellers throughout Palm Springs.

After a successful career in the New York entertainment industry working as an Associate Director on Broadway and as a Television Producer, Andrew decided to enter the real estate industry. “For almost 5 years I created house-hunting style television shows for HGTV,” Andrew says. “Now I’m excited to help real people buy and sell their dream homes (or investment properties) in paradise!”

Palm Springs is more than just a destination to Andrew and his life and business partner, James Valletti. “I love how the town and the architecture are enhanced by the surrounding mountains and nature – it’s the total opposite of what life in New York City is like, where you are surrounded by buildings and mobs of people. I’m originally from North Carolina, so I enjoy the small-town vibe here. Plus, when I want to get away, it’s an easy drive to other SoCal destinations.” To promote that passion for Palm Springs and the desert lifestyle, Andrew and James love to share content about real estate offerings, architecture, and local hot spots on social media. The unique architecture of the Greater Palm Springs area struck Andrew on his first visit. “I love Mid-Century Modern architecture because the form is simple, elegant, and often playful.”  In addition to the visionaries in the pantheon of Mid-Century Modern design, Andrew cites Studio AR+D Architects as one of his favorite modern-day design studios.

Calling back to his time on Broadway and working in the fast-paced television industry, Andrew is passionate about working with others to achieve a common goal. “Working in showbusiness requires you to build relationships quickly and know everything you can while working on a project. I know how to effectively communicate with others to ensure that my clients are happy at the end of the process,” Andrew continues.

Andrew cites his passion for going above and beyond the call as an asset to prospective clients. “It’s easy to look at a problem, shrug it off, and say ‘not my job,’ but if you want to account for 100% client satisfaction, you have to take responsibility for everything, even the little things. By looking at my role through that lens and paying careful attention to the fine details, my clients and my team know that I am dedicated to them and genuinely care about the outcome of each deal. Buying a home can be stressful. My goal is to make the experience as positive as possible for everyone involved,” Andrew adds.

Andrew and James met Paul Kaplan on a visit to Palm Springs and the rest is history. “We had an instant connection with Paul. We loved his approach and his passion for the real estate business. He took time out of his day to talk to us about buying a second home in Palm Springs as well as about joining the industry. When we decided to escape to Palm Springs and start our real estate business, it was a no-brainer to join up with Paul Kaplan and Bennion Deville Homes.
