Windermere Real Estate SoCal is pleased to spotlight one of the agents who recently joined our Orange County office in Laguna Niguel located at 27941 La Paz Road, Suite A. Windermere SoCal’s Orange County offices continue to grow with incredible talent like Nicole Cinquini. Nicole is a high-energy, creative marketing veteran who took a calculated leap of faith two years ago to pursue her true passion: real estate.
Enthusiastic about her work, Nicole loves to work with first-time homebuyers and clients who are looking to move-up or move-down. Focusing on South Orange County, Nicole spends a lot of time with her clients looking for homes in the communities of Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita and San Clemente. Nicole is an active member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to real estate, Nicole served as a corporate executive for an impressive cadre of marketing and technology firms throughout Southern California, working with such clients as Phoenix Energy Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Unilever and Procter & Gamble. Her business savvy and eye for marketing and design give her a unique set of talents in helping homeowners showcase their homes to their best advantage.
Nicole and her husband, Dan, are native Californians who love cooking, entertaining family and friends, and enjoying a healthy California lifestyle. This Thanksgiving, Nicole and Dan braved the Dana Point Turkey Trot for their second year in the 10K race. Produced in cooperation with the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce and Run Racing, Dana Point’s Turkey Trot was named by Fitness Magazine as one of the best Thanksgiving runs in the nation.
Over 16,000 participants enjoy the scenic beaches and breath-taking cliff views of the Dana Point Marina and Doheny State Park, passing by the historic tall ship Pilgrim in the Dana Point Harbor via the Turkey Trot’s 5K, 10K and Kids’ Gobble Wobble races as well as the two-day health and fitness expo that completes the weekend.
This Thanksgiving, the Cinquini-Bray household also hosted 3 Australian surfers traveling through the area for their first Thanksgiving meal. The surfers shared space with Nicole’s other household members; cats, Dude and Mrs. Pink, and dogs, Chewie and Mop.
