Topics and questions ranged from discussing each agent’s daily, weekly, and monthly routines and work habits to how they are thriving in the current market conditions. Some highlights include:

“[I] go into the office often. Being around the other agents is inspiring, motivating, and I get to hear what is going on.” – Sari Ward, on her daily routine.

“Be tenacious; don’t be afraid to fail. You have to talk to 100 people to get 1 transaction. Be authentic and cultivate relationships.” – Tom Wilson, on the challenges of growing a business.

“Network, network, network. Give to people because they remember where it comes from. Offer helpful information. Remind people you are an agent.” – Eva Marshall, on how to cultivate relationships and be a good resource for clients.

“Be authentic. Laser focus on the area where YOU are the expert. Do EVERY showing, no lock boxes; escort and sell personally.” – Patrick Turner & Brian Chewning, on how to establish roots in the industry.

“Use social media to network with your sphere of influence. We post a mix of community and business events on our personal Facebook page, and also share them on our business page. Keep it professional, always.” – T.J. Walthers and Carinna Gaudry, on how to use social media to grow an online following and offer useful information to clients.

“Marketing and networking are the keys to success. It’s all about relationships, being authentic, and caring where your contacts are in their lives.” – Rosemary Joles, on how to build relationships with clients.

“Real estate is a ‘relationship’ business. Build a relationship that lasts beyond the transaction and take a genuine interest in your clients.” – Heather Olson, on how she has had success growing her business and earning trust.

“Knowledge breeds confidence, and that confidence is what convinces clients to trust and use you.” – Isabel Bond, on how to earn trust with her clients and the value of staying on top of current information and trends.

States Bob Deville, “The panel did an excellent job of answering the questions and offering valuable insight to their peers in the audience. These types of events are instrumental to our company’s growth and demonstrate the open nature of our culture where agents take the time to help their peers. We would like to thank everyone who attended and participated and we look forward to hosting more opportunities for education and development soon.”
