Recently, DesertSun.com, the website arm of the Coachella Valley’s main news publication Desert Sun, announced the winners of their 2016 “Best of the Valley” readers poll. Bennion Deville Homes was voted the top “Real Estate Firm,” while Realtor^® Joe Woods took home the honors of “Best Realtor^®.” In fall of 2015, Bennion Deville Homes LUXE Director Scott Histed was voted “Best Realtor^®” in the publication’s “Ultimate Pride List,” completing the Triple Crown for Bennion Deville Homes. This is the second consecutive year that Bennion Deville Homes has been named “Best Real Estate Firm” by the Desert Sun readers. In addition, Scott placed second and LUXE Director Mark Gutkowski placed third in the “Best Realtor” category in the 2016 Best of the Valley voting behind Joe, giving Bennion Deville Homes the top three vote getters in the balloting.
