This marks the 13th consecutive year the brokerage has led the desert real estate market since it climbed to the top of the rankings in 2009. Looking ahead to 2022, the Coachella Valley real estate market will be an intriguing watch as limited inventory levels and surging demand for homes keep a strong influence on home prices and sales activity. However, with interest rates rising it remains to be seen what impact that will have on local real estate in 2022.

Bennion Deville Homes closed out 2021 with its second consecutive record-breaking year by achieving $3.1 billion in sales volume, enjoying a nearly 3-to-1 advantage over its closest competitor and a total that almost equals that of the next 3 companies combined. Additionally, Bennion Deville Homes paced the luxury segment of the market again last year. For residential transactions with a final sale price of $1 million and up, Bennion Deville Homes finished the year with $1.15 billion in sales volume, the highest luxury sales total it has ever produced and an advantage of more than $400 million over the next brokerage.
