Helping Make the Local Community A Better Place For All

Bennion Deville Homes recently completed a donation drive to help stock the emergency food pantry of Martha’s Village and Kitchen. In total, Bennion Deville Homes offices collected over 16 large donation boxes of non-perishable food items plus other essentials such as diapers, baby wipes, and cases of bottled water. Food pantry inventory supplies run low in the summer, making these donations extra precious during the hotter months.

States Bennion Deville Homes Managing Broker Charlie White, “We are happy to help keep a strong stock of supplies for residents in need through the Martha’s Village emergency food pantry. Thanks to our offices for stepping up and raising a solid return for Martha’s Village and the people they assist.”

Concludes Bennion Deville Homes C.E.O. Bob Deville, “As a leader in our community, we prioritize supporting local organizations that are dedicated to helping our neighbors in need. It is an honor to work with Martha’s Village and champion their mission to provide a litany of life-changing programs that break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. Thank you to all who contributed to the donation drive. Your generosity goes a long way toward helping desert residents have access to the essentials they need during difficult times. We look forward to supporting Martha’s Village in the future and continuing to partner with organizations that make a difference in the communities we serve.”

About Martha’s Village & Kitchen

Martha’s Village & Kitchen is one of the largest providers of homeless services in the Coachella Valley and Riverside County. The organization began in 1990 when the founders served meals to their homeless neighbors. Today, from its campus in Indio, CA, Martha’s Village offers unique life-changing programs based on the nationally recognized “continuum of care model,” which breaks the cycle of homelessness by addressing its causes and symptoms. Through this gateway to hope, people regain their lives by becoming responsible, self-sufficient, and productive citizens while passing on their newfound independence and life skills to their children and families.
