Growing up, Bruce’s family owned a Development Company in Orange County. This early glimpse into the real estate business and “large dollars” was enough to make it a lifelong passion and the perfect path for Singer’s career. “I have an affinity for the business, and have always been drawn to it because of the ‘numbers’ and the ability to apply my creative problem-solving to help others,” Bruce states. Over the course of his decades in the real estate industry, Bruce has been a part of over $100 million in transactions, giving him the experience, insight, and prowess to help clients achieve their goals quickly and with the greatest cost savings.
