Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes the Colón Group, spearheaded by Lew and Cherie Colón, to the Indian Wells Main office, located at 74-910 Highway 111. This dynamic husband and wife team owns decades of combined real estate experience, having worked within the industry as agents as well as owners of franchise offices. Cherie earned her real estate license in 1999 and holds a Broker’s license, while Lew earned his real estate license in 2004. The Colón Group works with buyers and sellers throughout the Coachella Valley, specializing in the communities of Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta. The team also serves clients in Northern California and Walla Walla, Washington.
