Bennion Deville Homes is proud to welcome Realtorâ Patty Doyle to the Little Italy Office, located at 1742 ½ India Street in Downtown San Diego. Patty has lived in San Diego since 1975 and earned her license in 2006, giving her a strong professional background to go with a vast knowledge of the local area. She works with buyers and sellers throughout Downtown and coastal San Diego.
Growing up in San Diego, Patty’s family was heavily involved in real estate. Her father, a retired United States Air Force pilot, worked in infrastructure of residential land development in North County San Diego while her mom worked as a legal secretary in a real estate office. Her real estate career began in the air, helping her father spot raw land sites from a bird’s eye view. She eventually transitioned to a more grounded position in the 1980s, helping homebuyers pick their own semi-custom homes in Jeffries Ranch in Oceanside. “I love helping people achieve their dreams,” Patty states. “I enjoy the challenge of listening to my clients in order to best match them with the right property for their lifestyle needs. Knowing that I am making a positive impact on their lives is the most rewarding aspect of what I do.”
Patty stands apart from other real estate professionals because of her personal passion for helping others. “In order to stick around in real estate, you have to be on the ball when it comes to serving your clients. This means promptly answering calls, being there to field questions and guide them through the process, and ultimately work on hard on their behalf to get the deal done,” she continues. Patty’s lifetime of real estate involvement locally in San Diego further separates her from the pack because she knows all angles of the business, from raw land development and construction to matching a homebuyer’s desired lifestyle with the perfect home in the right community.
When not helping San Diegans with their real estate needs, Patty can be found on the water racing yachts out of the San Diego Yacht Club, where she volunteers on the Race Committee. She is also a member of the U.S. Sailing Association. “I love being on the water and working with my teammates toward the ultimate goal of winning a race.”
Patty decided to make Bennion Deville Homes her new home after meeting Managing Broker Kirk Gregor, whom she knew throughout her 10-plus years in Little Italy. “I met Kirk and knew it was a fit. The Bennion Deville Homes mission statement and philosophy aligns with my own. They offer everything that I need to be successful as a real estate professional,” Patty concludes.
Says Kirk, “Patty’s voluminous knowledge of San Diego and the lifestyle offered within each neighborhood is remarkable, but her ability to come through for her clients time and time again is even more impressive and a testament to her professional acumen. We are excited to welcome Patty to our Little Italy office family and wish her a prosperous 2016.”
