Prior to entering the real estate industry, Lea worked as a corporate and private party planner, giving her a unique perspective on real estate and the right touch when it comes to serving her clients. “I am used to working with people with varying personalities and styles who all have different needs,” says Lea. “Transitioning to real estate was simple for me because of my prior experiences. My job is to look out for what’s in the best interest of my clients, and I genuinely want to help them succeed.” Lea’s genuine approach with clients and desire to exceed expectations helps earn clients’ trust and develop longterm relationships.
Lea loves homes and home décor, making her the perfect advocate for anyone’s transaction. She enjoys applying her background in corporate and private party planning and decorating to help buyers find the best space for their lifestyle and maximize a property’s appeal to homebuyers. “I have a unique eye for interior design and spatial relationships. I work with my clients who are listing their homes to de-clutter and make suggestions to re-organize what they have to enhance the appeal of the space. For buyers, I can help them envision what’s possible within a home they are interested in purchasing. Having a different perspective helps clients understand how to best utilize a room and may be the difference between making an offer and continuing the search,” Lea adds.
In addition to her passion for homes and design, Lea is also very passionate about giving back to the community. “Giving back is more rewarding than taking in. I find great satisfaction in helping others and contributing to causes I care about deeply,” Lea adds. She has been involved with Boys and Girls Club for several years, and also spends volunteer time with Habitat for Humanity and Hope for Paws Animal Rescue.
