Windermere Real Estate Southern California proudly congratulates their agents who were recently installed in leadership positions at both the California Desert Association of Realtors® (CDAR) and the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors® (PSRAR) for the 2014 year.
Five of Windermere’s agents were installed in Executive and Director positions last Friday evening at the CDAR meeting at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa. Sharon Rogers of Windermere’s San Pablo office was sworn in as the 2014 President Elect. Sharon has served as a two-term Director (2011-2012) and has been a seven-year member of the Professional Standards Committee. David Banks of Windermere’s Rancho Mirage office was newly inducted as a first-time Director and recognized as the 2014 Chair of the MLS committee. Stacey Grande of Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office, Cathi Walter of Windermere’s Palm Desert San Pablo office, and Susan Winters-McIntosh of Windermere’s Indian Wells Main office were also sworn in as returning Directors at CDAR.
“Sharon is a dedicated, hard-working agent in the community. She is going to be a great asset to the Association. She has a specific agenda of bridging all members of the industry together to establish common goals and a vision for growth,” said Bryan Arnold, Managing Broker for Windermere’s San Pablo office, “Having agents step into these voluntary leadership positions is vital. Without their frontline insight and dedication to the betterment of the industry, the association would not be as strong and effective.”
In December, the PSRAR installed their 2014 Executives and Directors at a ceremony held at Melvyn’s Restaurant at the Ingleside Inn. John Burge of Windermere’s Palm Springs Main office was installed as the 2014 Treasurer, having just served term as the 2013 President Elect. David Cantwell, Managing Broker for Windermere’s Palm Spring Main office, and Jim Webb of Windermere’s Palm Springs South were sworn in as returning Directors for 2014. Both David and Jim have served on numerous committees for the Association. Michael Larson, also of Windermere’s Palm Springs South office, was sworn in as a first-time Director at the Association.
“We continue to be impressed with the dedication of our Windermere agents in taking on local leadership positions and for being active member of the communities we serve,” said Bob Deville, co-owner of Windermere Real Estate Southern California. “At Windermere, we are committed to the improvement of the real estate industry on all fronts, and our agents are educated professionals who know what they need to succeed in improving the industry for the betterment of their clients. We commend these agents for their willingness to go above and beyond their work with Buyers and Sellers to ensure the continued progress of the industry.”Next Post Previous Post
