Suzanne Hamer joins Windermere’s Indian Wells office located at 74-850 Highway 111 while Jose Martinez joins the growing family of real estate professionals at Windermere’s La Quinta Main office located at 47-250 Washington Street.
Suzanne Hamer’s real estate experience stretches from the coastal Los Angeles community of Hermosa Beach to a range of developments and neighborhoods of the Coachella Valley, including Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta. During her nine years of real estate sales, Suzanne has earned a reputation for committed service to her clients and professional attention to detail. Suzanne has worked in short sales and REOs as well as traditional home sales.
Prior to her real estate career, Suzanne owned and operated her own business in the beauty industry for 23 years. Her business savvy and self-starting initiative combined with her love of home-buying and customer interaction led her to launch her career in real estate in 2005. A resident and member of the Mountain View Country Club in La Quinta, Suzanne made the Coachella Valley her home for the past 3 years where she has been actively working with buyers and sellers in finding their next home.

Jose Martinez is a dedicated professional Realtor® with years of experience in the Coachella Valley real estate market, where he has been successfully selling since 2006. Experienced in a range of real estate transactions, Jose has handled land sales, short sales and REO properties in addition to his strong record in traditional home sales. Known for his practical, no-nonsense approach to every transaction, Jose has developed a reputation for being a straight shooter with his clients. “I’m a realist,” says Jose. “I want every client to feel comfortable throughout the home sale or purchase transaction. I strive to keep them fully informed and allow them the time to make their own decisions.”
Jose has a long history of successful sales outside of real estate, having formerly worked for the Pepsi Cola Company for 18 years in direct sales to distributors and retail outlets. Jose is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served for 6 years in transportation management. Focusing on the East Valley cities and communities from Palm Desert to Coachella, Jose’s extensive work history and skills include his bilingual ability, HUD registration and HAFA and REO certifications.
