Windermere Real Estate Southern California is pleased to highlight two seasoned real estate agents who recently joined their offices. Marianne Bross was welcomed Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office located at 73993 Highway 111, just a block from the El Paseo Shopping District. Kris Luvaas Meade joined Windermere’s Rancho Mirage office located at 71691 Highway 111, just north of The River. Both Marianne and Kris come to Windermere with excellent reputations for providing their real estate clients with superior customer service in the Coachella Valley.
Marianne Bross moved to the Coachella Valley 20 years ago from her home country of Belgium where she and her husband Ronny operated their own restaurant. On vacation to the desert, Marianne fell in love with the unbeatable weather and sophisticated but still small-town feel that our gorgeous desert resort cities provide. Marianne earned her college degree in economics and has extensive work experience in private property management, remodeling investment real estate properties as well as her experience in selling real estate in the Coachella Valley.
Marianne focuses on the providing amazing service to her buyers and sellers in the mid-valley cities of Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and Indian Wells. Marianne’s known for her negotiation savvy, neighborhood knowledge and ability to navigate a smooth real estate transaction. Marianne volunteers at Palm Valley School, which her son attends. She is an avid supporter of The Big Hearts for Little Hearts Desert Guild, founded in 2002, to raise awareness and support for Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, which provides life-saving care for critically ill or injured Coachella Valley children.
“Marianne is an excellent example of an agent who cares about her clients’ needs and works in a close relationship with them to help them achieve their real estate goals,” said Sandi Richardson, Managing Broker for Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office. “She makes an outstanding addition to our growing family.”
Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, Kris Luvaas Meade is a second generation “Duck,” referring to the joke about Oregonians having webbed feet. Kris moved to the desert over ten years ago to escape the rain and live in the sunshine. In Portland, she raised her two daughters and was a professor of Speech Communication at Portland State University and Lewis and Clark College. “My communication skills give me an advantage in working with clients. I listen to their needs with the intended outcome of having extremely happy buyers or sellers,” said Kris. She has worked as a Realtor® in the Coachella Valley since 2004.
Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, Kris understands well the need for sun and light in the home environment. She helps her clients find just that. Specializing in the Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert area, her clients are primarily buying or selling second homes in gated communities like the Mission Hills Country Club of Rancho Mirage.
“It is a true joy to welcome Kris to our Rancho Mirage office,” said Don Rossignol, Managing Broker for Windermere’s Rancho Mirage office. “She comes to us with a stellar reputation for client satisfaction. Kris is an excellent listener and really focuses on what her buyers and sellers want to achieve in their real estate transactions. We look forward to helping her continue to grow and succeed in her business.”Next Post Previous Post
