Windermere Real Estate SoCal is pleased to congratulate their La Mesa & La Mesa Village Realtors; Roxanne Baer, Lisa Cupp, Gary Heflin, Jeanne Heidmiller and Tina Rogers, for achieving their designation as Certified Military Housing Specialists.
The program, offered through USA Cares, Inc., trains agents to work with and understand the uniqueness of lending for the military homebuyers. The course and certification allows real estate professionals to make sense of the military’s unique language, ranking and pay systems, all major factors in determining how much a military member can afford to borrow. The course also gives them advice regarding foreclosure prevention and how to coach military clients on how to avoid mortgage delinquencies.
As licensed Realtors and trained professional real estate advisers, Roxanne & Gary’s focus is on client satisfaction. Service is their business and they are not happy until their clients are happy. Their years in business have provided Roxanne & Gary with the experience to assist clients with nearly every real estate need. Whether it’s finding a home, finding the best loan, or helping them get the most out of selling their home, Roxanne & Gary are here to guide and assist.
Serving the entire San Diego County Real Estate market, Roxanne and Gary have a great selection of homes available in the East & Metro San Diego County markets, including City Heights, the College area, Jamul, Lakeside, Rancho San Diego and more.
As a 40-year resident of San Diego and an experienced Realtor®, Lisa Cupp is a familiar face to the San Diego real estate market where she has been working with buyers and sellers for over eight years. Lisa specializes in military clients, relocation, investors, short sales and REO properties. She is also an active member of the East San Diego County Association of Realtors® where she just completed service on the Housing Opportunity Committee.
