Windermere Real Estate Southern California welcomes Sam Dabir and Kevin Larson to the growing family of real estate professionals at its Palm Desert Portola office located at 73-993 Highway 111, just steps away from the El Paseo Shopping District.
“We make our agents the priority at Windermere, offering them an array of unique educational, marketing and technological tools to help them grow their business,” said Bob Deville, Co-Owner of Windermere Real Estate Southern California. “We are pleased to welcome both Sam and Kevin to our Portola office in Palm Desert and look forward to supporting each of them as they take their businesses to the next level.”
A resident of the Silver Spurs community in Palm Desert, Sam Dabir is intimately familiar with resort cities and neighborhoods of the Coachella Valley. Her childhood was spent at her family’s homes here and in Beverly Hills. A graduate of UCLA, where she attained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, Sam has always had a passion for architecture, design and real estate. While completing her degrees, Sam worked as an interior architectural designer and sales associate for a luxury home furnishings company for five years where she excelled in providing superior custom service, product knowledge and design support to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Sam takes her experience from her years and sales and applies it to enable her clients to find the right style and design for their next home. Known for her open, honest style of communication, Sam is able to effectively communicate both to and on behalf of her clients and is known for helping them negotiate the best deals. Sam represents both Buyers and Sellers throughout the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.
“My top priority is to provide all of my clients with unparalleled service. From knowing the market’s most accurate and updated information to meticulously assembling and explaining the numerous forms and addendums involved in the home-buying process, I want to exceed their expectations,” shared Sam.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Kevin Larson and his family had vacationed in the desert for years before finally relocating to the Coachella Valley in 2011. Kevin’s two passions have always been real estate and tennis which made the Palm Desert/La Quinta area a perfect fit for new home and business. Kevin currently works as well as a tennis teaching professional at Marriot’s Shadow Ridge Resort in Palm Desert. A graduate of the University of Washington, Kevin has been a personal real estate investor and renovator for seven years while founding and running his own business supply and services company. Kevin also worked extensively in property management for a number of years before he made the move to real estate sales.
“I learned early on that investing in real estate, whether for a personal residence or for income purposes, is an exciting way to become involved in a community while helping its members increase their security and happiness,” said Kevin.
With decades of experience in wholesale and retail customer service as well as an owner and manager of multiple rental properties, Kevin is able to use his personal knowledge and experience to assist his clients in finding the right home for the right price. Kevin represents both Buyers and Sellers in the Eastern portion of the Valley, including Palm Desert and La Quinta.Next Post Previous Post
