Gregor, a native of Seattle, Washington, graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Liberal Arts. He has built a broad career, including management in the hospitality industry and a rich background in the banking and financial sectors; his experience includes that of Registered Representative for an investment firm, and property manager for operations and maintenance with two downtown Seattle luxury communities.
With his interests drawing him increasingly toward Real Estate, Gregor joined Windermere’s Coachella Valley team in early 2002 where, as Director of Operations, he assisted in building the franchise from one 4-agent office into a network of 12 locations with nearly 500 agents; he was ultimately instrumental in the development of Windermere’s Southern California growth and market-leading presence.
In 2009, Gregor further expanded his resume by partnering his own real estate company in the San Francisco Bay Area, opening successful offices in both San Francisco and Oakland; with that brokerage now operating independently, Gregor has come full circle, returning to his Windermere SoCal home as Director of Office Development, where he will draw on his mentoring and development skills in heading up Windermere’s new San Diego and Orange County offices, four of which will be opening within the next 3 months.
“Kirk has been a big part of the Windermere family from the very beginning,” notes Bob Deville, Windermere SoCal co-owner. “We are thrilled beyond measure to have him back with us here in Southern California.”
Windermere SoCal La Mesa office will open in early March.Next Post Previous Post
